Returns the fiscal quarter number (1,2,3,4) for a date, based upon a provided fiscal year beginning date.
Syntax:
(IQTR(date,fydate))
Where:
date - specifies the date whose quarter you wish to discover
fydate - specifies the first day of the fiscal year
Example:

SET VAR vFYFirst DATE = 07/01/2012
