     The page down and page up keys are disabled when editing data in
     the Data Browser. To quickly page down to a new page of data, define
     a keymap that switches back to browse mode, pages down, and then
     switches back to edit mode. Using a keymap can make this operation
     seamless to the user. For example:
 
     SET KEYMAP [Alt]D = [F4][PgDn][F4]
     SET KEYMAP [Alt]U = [F4][PgUp][F4]
 
     Press [Alt]+[D] and you are immediately ready to edit the next page
     of data. Press [Alt]+[U] to go to the previous page.
