R:Compiler for R:BASE 7.6
Introduction
R:Compiler will convert your existing R:BASE application file, .RBA, to an
executable file. This eliminates the need for the RBG76.EXE and allows easier
distribution for your custom application. Additional options for your
application file include support to change the icon of the executable and the
option to include version information specific to your compiled executable.
You can also make a demo version of your executable, which will expire after a
defined date.
R:Compiler allows you to save your projects with the .RCP file extension.
These project templates can be used to easily make changes to your projects
and recompile without having to start all over again.
The compiled executable must be distributed with the R:BASE 7.6 engine files
included with the installation. The compiled executable and engine file should
reside in the same directory.
R:Compiler allows any icon file to take the place of the RBG76.EXE icon.
R:Compiler gives the option to include version information specific to your
compiled executable.
