travel, air carrier, points of origin and final destination by region.
Round trips should be considered as one trip. Only count trips made on
commercial air carriers. No personal information will be shared with

The destination regions are defined as North, Pacific, East and
Intl - International (includes all points outside of the continental
US). The regions are also displayed in the map to the right.

If you have flown out of Roswell or Carlsbad in the past 12 months,
please disclose the number of outbound flights you have taken in the
North column.

If you have flown or driven to any of the regional airports (ABQ, ELP,
LBB or MAF) to board a flight, please disclose the number of flights
and location of your final destination by region (please see #1).

Please indicate if the air travel was personal or business, the air
carrier and the number of anticipated flights for the next 12 months
with the corresponding departure airport.
